We aim to respond within 24 hours, including reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Pairing
One partner taps Invite and shares the 8-character code, QR code, or link. The other signs in and enters or opens it. Codes work once and expire after 24 hours; tapping Invite again shows the same code until it is used.
Both phones then show the same safety number. Compare it together (in person or on a call) and tap It matches on both phones. If the numbers differ, tap They don't match and pairing is cancelled.
New Phone Or Reinstall
Sign in with the same Apple ID and enter the Recovery Key you saved when you set up Heartwood. We cannot see or reset your Recovery Key, because we never hold the key that opens your box.
